Terms of Service
By reading these terms of service, you are hereby agreeing to them. If a breach of contract of any kind occurs, you run the risk of being blacklisted (depending on the severity), and you will be refunded.* Upon inital contact, please keep all messages professional and to the point.
* Please provide as many details as possible of what you are looking for, including references, themes, ect.
* Once the commission has been decided I will ask to confirm if you are happy with what has been discussed. If yes, I will then send an invoice.
* All payments will be processed through a PayPal Invoice. You do not need a PayPal account, only an email and a vaild form of payment.
* Upon recieving payment, your commission will be added to my Trello board. Your commission's status in the queue will update as changes occur.
* If changes are made during the middle of the commission, please understand it will add more time before completion.
* These changes can be requested during check in points, when the line art is done, when the flat colors are done, and when final touches have been made. Changes CANNOT be made after the commission has been approved during a check in point.
* For example, if you request a lineart change during a flat color check in, it will not be approved.
* At any point during the progress of the commission, if you post work in progress screenshots as your own, argue with me, or insist one thing is the truth when it is not, it will be considered a breach of contract.
* When the commission is completed, you will recieve an unwatermarked version of the final product. A watermarked version will be posted to my socials, and if you wish, you will be mentioned as the comissioner. Otherwise, you will be kept as anonymous.If you wish to proceed, please message me on Discord at upsetfawn and say you're looking for a commission!If you attempt to file for a refund AFTER the commission is completed, you WILL be blacklisted.
